When a call comes in it rings to both my physical desktop and cell phones, which I want. However, if I don’t take the call I can’t mute the ringer on my Android. My cell rings at full volume and can’t be lowered or muted. For example, I went to a funeral during business hours and the office phone rang to my cell phone (because I always have it set that way). I could not control the volume of the ringer on my cell so I had to step out of the room until the call went to voicemail. Maybe this is an issue with my Android and not Cytracom, but I can change my ringer volume when I get a call to my cell (a non-Cytracom call). BTW, my cell ringer volume is always set to the lowest point, one notch above silent/mute so it should ring very low, but Cytracom calls always ring at the highest volume. It overrides my cell setting.
