greetings, I was thinking a quick searchable note tied to the number for as when you got off a call, you met someone on your travels and place their number in your phone, you want to add to transcribed voice mail or a text msg you received and placed a searchable quick note. if the person/company has adopted and upgraded to crm rules and usage, great. If the only the person/company HAS NOT adopted and upgraded to crm rules and usage, still great! They can still depend on cytracom to keep their messages and notes organized until they are ready to adopt a full blown crm. Only mentioned crm as an option to export notes out or sync.
