Please add option to use specific ring tone for a queue. Whether it be an extension option or a queue option, when a user is assigned to more than one queue, they NEED a way to identify which queue they're answering, or if it's a direct extension call. Requiring them to look at the phone introduces too much opportunity for error. Audio queues are MUCH more effective for this purpose, ESPECIALLY when they're not sitting right next to the phone and it starts ringing.
