View call duration in desktop client call logs

We are an MSP. When I client calls in for support we answer, create a ticket, resolve the problem (for quick fix) and then end the call with the client. It would be great to be able to see call duration in the desktop app so we can accurately bill our time for those calls. Currently we have to log in the portal and click through a few steps to get to this information.
