At the partner level we need to be able to completely manage our customers. Add Manage users is the current need.
We provide complete turnkey solutions and most if not all our customers are not interested in managing phones. they simply want to use them.
The inability to manage users on behalf of a customer was a huge problem two nights ago. the targeted admin had deleted the invitation and subsequently purged thier deleted mail folder. I spent two hours IN FRONT of the customer looking like there was a problem with the desktop app. This was after hours and support was not readily available. (a different issue) Ultimately we were able recover the purged email and complete the install. After losing two unbillable hours.
