Jeff Haynes: Sorry let me clear up what i mean. Cytracom's Hold music (We call Cytracom and the hold music i the caller hears) is so loud it can be heard across my office. This means the same is true for every person with Cytracom phones who have the default Cytracom hold music.

The 2nd thing, we want a way to set the volume of the hold music when we upload a hold music file for a customer without having to edit the file itself.
