App does not update with new text message

The issue with not receiving text alerts on my I phone appears to be fixed. However, the app is not updating when the app is open. If the app is open and I am alerted that someone has texted, then I have to close the app and open it back up on my iPhone in order to see the new text message. This problem also occurs with the call log not updating when the app is open and someone calls.

I hope support resolves this issue soon. The iPhone app does not behave like true real-time mobile communication app. I'm missing notifications & this app only pulls data when you recycle the app..

Same - IOS. Also, is there a way that the main number can receive texts that everyone can see? Our service team needs a way to be able to see all texts coming through to service.

I've experienced a similar issue with the app not updating the various screens. I can force the call log screen to refresh but there isn't an option on the messages screen.
